He then took the reins from his father in 1964. Soon, it was Hal's sons Bill, Bob, nephew Tom Lynch and Grandson Conrad Lynch, who, as teenagers, were washing cars, observing sales and service, and learning the business from the ground up as their fathers had learned before them.
As part of one of the top automotive groups in the southeast, with dealerships in Florida, Georgia and Alabama, North Florida Lincoln is the flagship operation of the entire group.
